What is individual coaching for young women?

The amount of stress, expectations, and distractions young women have to manage today are countless. In coaching, young women are given a space to process all of these challenges and deepen their understanding of self. 

In coaching sessions we may discuss feelings of self-consciousness, academic stress, familial standards, big and small picture goals, and setting personal boundaries with friends, family, classmates, and romantic interests. We will work through limiting beliefs and overcome barriers that are holding students back. Sessions are tailored to each student's unique needs.

 

As a certified Whole Person Coach, I will be your

personal cheerleader,

accountability buddy for holding boundaries

study buddy when you need more information before a decision can be made,

and trusted confidant for processing challenges. 

 

I meet with clients for 55-minute sessions weekly for a minimum of 6 weeks. Coaching sessions meet online through Zoom.
