What is individual coaching?

The amount of stress, expectations, and distractions you have to manage today are countless. In coaching, you will be given a space to process all of these challenges and deepen your understanding of yourself. 

In coaching sessions we may discuss feelings of self-consciousness, professional and/or academic stress, familial standards, big and small picture goals, and setting personal boundaries with friends, family, mentors, and romantic interests. We will work through limiting beliefs and overcome barriers that are holding you back. Sessions are tailored to each client's unique needs.

As a certified Whole Person Coach, I will be a personal cheerleader, study buddy for topics that need more research before a decision can be made, accountability buddy for holding boundaries, and trusted confidant for processing challenges. 

I meet with clients for 50 minute sessions weekly for a minimum of 6 weeks. Coaching sessions meet online through Zoom.
