28 Ways to Get Away

Two-minute self defense drills to create everyday physical confidence and stay safe in attacker situations. This course covers targeting vulnerable areas, hand strikes and kicks, as well as ground fighting.

I Want to Defend Myself

Stand Your Ground Without Fear

Learn skills and tools to help you set clear and concise boundaries that maintain your relationships. Practice those skills and get feedback in this free hour and a half workshop on Sunday, December 12 at 1pm EST. 


Individual Coaching
